数字科学促进与研究协会（ADSPR）是2018年在香港注册成立的非营利性学术组织，聚焦人工智能、数据科学、计算机科学、信息技术和网络安全等数字科学前沿方向。The Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research (ADSPR) is a nonprofit academic organization registered in Hong Kong in 2018, focusing on frontier areas of digital science including artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, information technology, and cybersecurity.

自成立以来，ADSPR已汇聚来自22个国家和地区的300余名专业会员，建立了覆盖核心方向的学术网络。协会下设数智研究院（DSRI）、专家顾问委员会和"数字先锋奖"评选组委会，形成了从学术评审到人才培育的完整服务链。Since its establishment, ADSPR has brought together more than 300 professional members from 22 countries and regions and built an academic network covering its core fields. The Association includes the Digital Science Research Institute (DSRI), the Expert Advisory Committee, and the Digital Pioneer Awards Organizing Committee, forming a complete service chain from academic review to talent development.

协会首次系统性地对全球数字科学研究态势进行全景式梳理，涵盖人工智能、数据科学、网络安全等六大核心方向，为学术界与产业界提供权威参考。For the first time, the Association has systematically and panoramically reviewed global digital science research trends, covering six core directions including artificial intelligence, data science, and cybersecurity, and providing an authoritative reference for academia and industry.

本届评选首次在"网络安全贡献奖"下新增"AI安全贡献奖"子类别，回应人工智能安全这一全球热点议题，申报截止日期为2025年8月31日。For the first time, this edition adds an "AI Security Contribution Award" subcategory under the "Cybersecurity Contribution Award", responding to the global focus on artificial intelligence safety. The application deadline is August 31, 2025.

随着NIST后量子密码标准的正式发布，协会组织专题研讨，探讨企业和机构如何制定切实可行的密码迁移策略，应对量子计算对现有加密体系的潜在威胁。With the official release of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards, the Association organized a special seminar to discuss how enterprises and institutions can formulate practical cryptographic migration strategies and respond to the potential threat that quantum computing poses to existing encryption systems.

协会首版《数字科学发展年度白皮书》已正式发布，全文涵盖六大核心方向的研究态势分析。资深会员和正式会员可通过会员系统下载全文版本，预备会员可获取摘要版。The Association's first Annual White Paper on Digital Science Development has been officially released. The full text covers research trend analysis across six core directions. Senior Members and Full Members may download the full version through the membership system, while Associate Members may obtain the summary version.

第六届"数字先锋奖"现已正式开放申报，本届新增"AI安全贡献奖"子类别。申报截止日期为2025年8月31日，欢迎各领域研究者和机构积极申报。详见数字先锋奖页面。Applications for the sixth "Digital Pioneer Awards" are now officially open. This edition adds the "AI Security Contribution Award" subcategory. The application deadline is August 31, 2025. Researchers and institutions across all fields are encouraged to apply. 关于2025-2026年度青年资助计划申报的通知Notice on Applications for the 2025-2026 Youth Funding Program

本年度青年数字科学家资助计划现已开放申报，计划资助10-15个课题项目，重点资助方向包括AI基础理论、数据治理、网络安全攻防、数字伦理和计算科学前沿。申请人须为35岁以下的ADSPR预备会员及以上级别。Applications are now open for this year's Youth Digital Scientist Funding Program. The program plans to fund 10 to 15 research projects, with key funding directions including AI foundational theory, data governance, cybersecurity attack and defense, digital ethics, and frontiers of computational science. Applicants must be ADSPR Associate Members or above and under the age of 35.
