数字科学促进与研究协会（ADSPR）是2018年在香港注册成立的非营利性学术组织，聚焦人工智能、数据科学、计算机科学、信息技术和网络安全等数字科学前沿方向。The Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research (ADSPR) is a nonprofit academic organization registered in Hong Kong in 2018, focusing on frontier areas of digital science including artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, information technology, and cybersecurity.

自成立以来，ADSPR已汇聚来自22个国家和地区的300余名专业会员，建立了覆盖核心方向的学术网络。协会通过理事会、学术委员会、秘书处、数智研究院（DSRI）、专家顾问委员会、"数字先锋奖"评选组委会和青年数字科学家资助计划等机构与项目，形成了从学术评审到人才培育的完整服务链。Since its establishment, ADSPR has brought together more than 300 professional members from 22 countries and regions and built an academic network covering its core fields. Through the Council, Academic Committee, Secretariat, Digital Science Research Institute (DSRI), Expert Advisory Committee, Digital Pioneer Awards Organizing Committee, and Youth Digital Scientist Funding Program, the Association has formed a complete service chain from academic review to talent development.

研究报告与白皮书栏目完成阶段性整理，公开资料可按标题、摘要和关键词检索，并通过统一列表、分页和PDF入口进行访问。The Research Reports and White Papers section has completed a new organization phase, allowing public resources to be searched by title, summary, and keyword and accessed through a unified paginated list and PDF links.

协会对标准资料、专家档案、研究报告与白皮书及成果转化报告入口进行集中整理，形成面向查询、阅读和文件获取的分层公开服务。The Association has organized its standards materials, expert profiles, research reports and white papers, and achievement translation report services into a clearer public access structure for lookup, reading, and document retrieval.

2026年上半年，协会围绕研究方法、AI安全与可信评价、标准资料维护和奖项申报组织专题交流，并持续推进公开资料服务和下半年活动安排。In the first half of 2026, ADSPR organized exchanges on research methods, AI safety and trustworthy evaluation, standards stewardship, and award applications while advancing public information services and its program for the second half of the year.

关于专家档案公开展示与资料更新机制的说明Notice on Public Expert Profiles and Profile Maintenance

专家档案按照公开状态和专家类别分页展示，维护中文姓名、英文姓名、专业身份、专业领域、参与方向和简介，不公开内部编号或未经提供的照片。Expert profiles are displayed by public status and category with pagination and maintain names, professional identities, fields, participation areas, and biographies without exposing internal identifiers or unprovided photographs.

协会标准资料查询与下载服务使用同一套公开数据，提供标准编号、名称、起草单位和发布日期等检索信息，并以正式PDF文本为使用依据。The Association standards lookup and download services use one public dataset, provide searchable codes, titles, drafting organizations, and release dates, and refer users to the formal PDF text.
