按资料使用场景整理公开入口
数字科学促进与研究协会近期对标准资料、专家档案、研究报告与白皮书及成果转化报告等公开服务进行了集中整理。此次整理不改变现有后台架构，而是依据访问者的实际使用方式明确列表、查询、详情和文件入口，减少栏目之间的重复信息。
标准资料保持来源关系清晰
标准查询和标准下载共用同一套标准数据。标准详情展示标准编号、名称、发布日期、实施日期、起草信息、适用范围和正式PDF，并通过阶段节点关联项目征集、标准立项、征求意见和标准发布文章。对于外部机构发布的标准，网站仅依据公开正式文件进行收录和引用，不改变其发布、起草和权利关系。
专家档案强调可维护与适度公开
专家档案按照专家类别分页展示姓名、专业身份、专业领域、参与方向和简介。未提供真实照片时不使用替代头像，也不公开后台编号或内部管理信息。资料是否展示由后台状态控制，后续新增和调整均通过现有专家档案模型维护。
研究成果采用不同检索方式
研究报告与白皮书页面支持按标题、摘要和关键词检索，并提供PDF访问入口；成果转化报告查询则要求输入完整报告编号，避免通过模糊关键词批量展示报告。各栏目均保留中英文字段，英文内容按照中文原意完整整理。
访问者可通过数智研究院和标准制修订进入相关服务。
Organizing Public Access by Use Case
The Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research has organized public services for standards materials, expert profiles, research reports and white papers, and achievement translation reports. The update retains the existing CMS architecture while clarifying list, lookup, detail, and file access according to visitor needs and reducing duplicated information across sections.
Keeping Standards Sources and Relationships Clear
Standards lookup and standards downloads use the same dataset. A standards detail page presents the code, title, release date, implementation date, drafting information, scope, and official PDF. Stage nodes connect to articles on project collection, standards approval, public comment, and standards release. For standards issued by external organizations, the website only includes and references information from public official files and does not alter issuing, drafting, or rights relationships.
Maintaining Expert Profiles with Appropriate Disclosure
Expert profiles are paginated by category and present names, professional identities, fields, participation areas, and biographies. When no genuine photograph has been provided, no substitute portrait is used. Back-office identifiers and internal management data are not displayed. Public visibility is controlled through the existing expert profile model.
Different Lookup Methods for Different Research Resources
The Research Reports and White Papers page supports searches across titles, summaries, and keywords and provides access to PDFs. Achievement translation reports require a complete report number and are not exposed through fuzzy keyword searches. Each section maintains Chinese and English fields, with complete English content based on the meaning of the Chinese source.
