培育数字科学领域的未来领军人才Cultivating future leaders in digital science
青年数字科学家资助计划于2020年6月正式启动,面向35岁以下的青年研究者,旨在为数字科学领域的新生力量提供系统性的成长支持。计划运行至今,已累计资助超过80个前沿课题项目,研究成果陆续在IEEE等国际顶级学术会议发表。The Youth Digital Scientist Funding Program was officially launched in June 2020. It is designed for young researchers under 35 and aims to provide systematic growth support for emerging talent in digital science. Since its launch, the program has funded more than 80 frontier research projects, with research outcomes successively published at IEEE and other leading international academic conferences.
该计划由协会专家顾问委员会提供学术指导,与新加坡国立大学(NUS)、欧洲数据科学联盟(EDSA)等机构建立了深度合作,为青年研究者搭建国际化的学术交流平台。The program receives academic guidance from the Association's Expert Advisory Committee and has established deep cooperation with institutions such as the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the European Data Science Alliance (EDSA), building an international academic exchange platform for young researchers.
每年资助10-15个前沿课题项目,为青年研究者提供充足的研究经费支持,覆盖实验设备、数据采集、论文发表等各环节费用。Each year, 10 to 15 frontier research projects are funded, providing young researchers with sufficient research funding covering experimental equipment, data collection, paper publication, and other expenses.
从专家顾问委员会中为每位入选者匹配资深导师,提供一对一的学术指导,帮助青年研究者明确研究方向、提升学术能力。Each selected researcher is matched with a senior mentor from the Expert Advisory Committee for one-on-one academic guidance, helping young researchers clarify research directions and improve academic capability.
依托协会与NUS、EDSA等国际机构的合作网络,为入选者提供海外访学、联合研究和国际学术会议参与机会。Based on the Association's cooperation network with NUS, EDSA, and other international institutions, the program provides selected researchers with opportunities for overseas visits, joint research, and participation in international academic conferences.

大模型架构创新、可解释人工智能、多模态学习理论等人工智能基础研究方向。Foundational AI research directions including large model architecture innovation, explainable AI, and multimodal learning theory.
数据质量管理、隐私计算、数据资产评估、跨域数据流通机制等数据治理核心议题。Core data governance topics including data quality management, privacy computing, data asset evaluation, and cross-domain data circulation mechanisms.
零信任架构、AI驱动的威胁检测、后量子密码学、供应链安全等网络安全前沿技术。Frontier cybersecurity technologies including zero-trust architecture, AI-driven threat detection, post-quantum cryptography, and supply chain security.

申请人通过协会官网提交研究提案,包括课题背景、研究计划、预期成果和经费预算。Applicants submit research proposals through the Association's official website, including project background, research plan, expected outcomes, and funding budget.
协会秘书处对申请人的年龄、会员资格、课题数量限制等基本条件进行审核。The Association Secretariat reviews basic conditions such as applicant age, membership status, and project quantity limits.
由专家顾问委员会组织同行评审,从创新性(30%)、可行性(25%)、学术潜力(25%)、预期成果价值(20%)四个维度综合评分。The Expert Advisory Committee organizes peer review and provides a comprehensive score across four dimensions: innovation (30%), feasibility (25%), academic potential (25%), and expected outcome value (20%).
通过评审的课题正式立项,协会根据研究方向为每位入选者匹配专属导师。Projects that pass review are formally approved, and the Association matches each selected applicant with a dedicated mentor according to research direction.
资助周期内进行中期评估,检查研究进展,导师提供阶段性指导建议。During the funding period, a midterm evaluation checks research progress and mentors provide stage-based guidance.
课题完成后提交结题报告和研究成果,通过专家验收后正式结题。After project completion, applicants submit a final report and research outcomes; the project is formally closed after expert acceptance.
课题的原创性和前沿性,是否提出了新的研究思路或方法论。The originality and frontier nature of the project, and whether it proposes new research ideas or methodologies.
研究计划的合理性、技术路线的可操作性和资源配置的充分性。The rationality of the research plan, operability of the technical route, and adequacy of resource allocation.
