数智研究院（Digital Science Research Institute，简称DSRI）成立于2019年3月，是ADSPR下设的核心学术机构。研究院以The Digital Science Research Institute (DSRI), established in March 2019, is ADSPR's core academic body. The Institute takes 成果评审Achievement Review和 and 专家管理expert management为两大核心职能，致力于建设一个公正、透明、高效的学术评价体系。 as its two core functions and is committed to building a fair, transparent, and efficient academic evaluation system.
研究院下设三个职能部门：The Institute has three functional departments:
负责组织和管理学术成果的同行评审工作，制定评审标准，维护评审流程的公正性和规范性。Responsible for organizing and managing peer review of academic achievements, formulating review standards, and maintaining fairness and standardization in the review process.
负责评审专家的遴选、培训、考核和管理，建设高水平、多学科的专家库。Responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, and managing review experts and building a high-level, multidisciplinary expert pool.
负责学术成果的出版发布、数据归档与学术资源的数字化管理。Responsible for publishing academic achievements, archiving data, and digitally managing academic resources.
研究院建立了多形式成果评审体系，评审范围涵盖学术论文、技术报告、开源项目、专利成果和数据集等多种类型，充分适应数字科学领域成果形式多样化的特点。The Institute has established a multi-format achievement review system covering academic papers, technical reports, open-source projects, patents, datasets, and other types, fully adapting to the diverse forms of output in digital science.
以同行评审制度为核心，构建公正、透明、高效的学术评价机制With peer review at the core, building a fair, transparent, and efficient academic evaluation mechanism.
研究院采用严格的同行评审制度，每份提交的学术成果由The Institute adopts a strict peer review system. Each submitted academic achievement is reviewed independently by 3位及以上three or more相关领域专家独立评审。评审过程实行匿名制，确保评价的客观性和公正性。标准评审周期为 experts in relevant fields. The review process is anonymous to ensure objectivity and fairness. The standard review period is 30-45个工作日30 to 45 working days。
研究具有显著的创新性和学术价值，方法论严谨，成果在领域内具有重要影响力。The research has significant innovation and academic value, rigorous methodology, and important influence in its field.
研究方法规范，结论可靠，具有一定的学术贡献和实践参考价值。The research methods are standardized, the conclusions are reliable, and the work has academic contribution and practical reference value.
研究过程规范，成果达到学术发表的基本标准，具有参考价值。The research process is standardized, and the results meet basic standards for academic publication and have reference value.
申请人可将学术成果及相关材料发送至Applicants may send academic achievements and related materials to contact@adspr.org.cn，邮件主题请注明"成果评审申请"。研究院将在收到材料后5个工作日内确认受理并分配评审专家。. The email subject should be marked "Achievement Review Application". The Institute will confirm acceptance and assign review experts within five working days after receiving the materials.
