"数字先锋奖"（Digital Pioneer Awards）由数字科学促进与研究协会于2020年创设，是面向全球数字科学研究者和实践者的年度评选活动。奖项旨在表彰在人工智能、数据科学、网络安全、数字技术应用等领域做出突出贡献的个人和团队。The Digital Pioneer Awards, founded by the Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research in 2020, are an annual selection program for digital science researchers and practitioners worldwide. The awards recognize individuals and teams that have made outstanding contributions in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, digital technology applications, and related fields.
评选设立五大奖项类别，由独立评审委员会负责全流程评审工作，外部评审专家占比超过60%，确保评选的公正性与权威性。截至目前，"数字先锋奖"已成功举办六届，累计收到来自全球的2000余份申报材料。The selection program includes five major award categories and is reviewed throughout by an independent review committee. External review experts account for more than 60% of the reviewers, ensuring fairness and authority. To date, the Digital Pioneer Awards have been held successfully for six editions and have received more than 2,000 application materials from around the world.
覆盖数字科学核心研究与应用领域Covering core research and application fields in digital science
表彰在人工智能算法研究、机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理、计算机视觉等方向取得重要创新突破的研究者。Recognizes researchers who have achieved important innovative breakthroughs in AI algorithm research, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and related directions.
表彰在大数据分析、数据挖掘、统计建模、数据可视化等方向做出卓越贡献，推动数据驱动决策的研究者。Recognizes researchers who have made outstanding contributions to big data analysis, data mining, statistical modeling, data visualization, and the advancement of data-driven decision-making.
表彰在密码学、隐私计算、安全架构设计、威胁检测与防御等方向为网络安全事业做出重要贡献的研究者。Recognizes researchers who have made important contributions to cybersecurity in cryptography, privacy computing, security architecture design, threat detection and defense, and related directions.
表彰在物联网、区块链、云计算、数字化转型等方向成功实现技术落地应用，产生显著社会或经济效益的实践者。Recognizes practitioners who have successfully implemented technologies in IoT, blockchain, cloud computing, digital transformation, and related areas, generating significant social or economic value.
面向35岁以下的青年研究者，不限具体研究方向，表彰在数字科学领域展现出突出潜力和创新能力的新锐力量。Open to young researchers under 35, regardless of specific research direction, this award recognizes emerging talent with outstanding potential and innovation capacity in digital science.
三级评审机制，确保公正、透明、权威A three-stage review mechanism ensures fairness, transparency, and authority.
秘书处对申报材料进行形式审查，确认申报人资格及材料完整性，筛选进入专家评审环节The Secretariat conducts a formal review of application materials, confirms applicant eligibility and material completeness, and selects applications to enter expert review.
评审委员会组织同行专家进行独立评审，采用匿名评分制，每份申报至少由3位专家独立评审The review committee organizes peer experts to conduct independent reviews using an anonymous scoring system. Each application is reviewed independently by at least three experts.
评审委员会全体会议讨论并投票确定最终获奖名单，结果经公示无异议后正式发布The full review committee discusses and votes to determine the final award list, which is officially released after public notice and no objections.
六届评选，见证数字科学领域的创新与突破Six editions witnessing innovation and breakthroughs in digital science
新增"AI安全贡献奖"子类别，收到来自18个国家和地区的480余份申报，聚焦人工智能安全与可信AI方向。A new AI Security Contribution subcategory was added, receiving more than 480 applications from 18 countries and regions and focusing on AI safety and trustworthy AI.
首次与欧洲数据科学联盟联合评审，国际评审专家占比提升至65%，收到420余份申报材料。For the first time, the awards were jointly reviewed with the European Data Science Alliance. The proportion of international reviewers increased to 65%, and more than 420 applications were received.
青年数字先锋奖申报人数创新高，35岁以下申报者占总申报量的38%，展现青年研究者的强劲势头。Applications for the Young Digital Pioneer Award reached a new high, with applicants under 35 accounting for 38% of all applications, showing strong momentum among young researchers.
数字技术应用奖获奖项目首次覆盖区块链和物联网领域，评选范围进一步拓展至产业应用方向。Award-winning projects in the Digital Technology Application Award covered blockchain and IoT for the first time, further expanding the selection scope toward industrial applications.
评审委员会扩充至15人，引入外部独立评审机制，收到来自12个国家的280余份申报材料。The review committee expanded to 15 members and introduced an external independent review mechanism, receiving more than 280 applications from 12 countries.
"数字先锋奖"正式创设，首届评选聚焦人工智能与数据科学两大核心方向，收到150余份申报材料。The Digital Pioneer Awards were formally established. The first edition focused on artificial intelligence and data science and received more than 150 applications.
