协会确立以人工智能、数据科学、计算机科学、信息技术和网络安全为核心方向，搭建非营利专业学术组织的基础框架。ADSPR established artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, information technology, and cybersecurity as its core directions, laying the foundation for a nonprofit professional academic organization.

首批成员来自科研、工程、教育和技术管理等不同背景，形成协会早期会员网络与跨学科交流基础。The first members came from research, engineering, education, and technology management backgrounds, forming the Association's early membership network and interdisciplinary exchange base.

研究院承担学术成果评审、专家遴选管理和学术资源整理等工作，逐步形成协会的专业研究与评审支撑体系。The Institute took on academic achievement review, expert selection management, and academic resource organization, gradually forming the Association's professional research and review support system.

协会建立预备会员、正式会员和资深会员三个层级，推动会员资格认定、权益服务和专业发展支持更加规范化。ADSPR established Associate Member, Full Member, and Senior Member levels, making membership qualification, member benefits, and professional development support more standardized.

评选面向数字科学领域的优秀研究者与实践者，探索以资格审查、专家评审和终审投票为核心的三级评审机制。The selection recognized outstanding researchers and practitioners in digital science and explored a three-stage review mechanism centered on qualification review, expert review, and final voting.

计划面向35岁以下青年研究者，围绕研究经费、导师匹配和国际交流提供支持，鼓励青年人才进入数字科学前沿方向。The program supports researchers under 35 through research funding, mentor matching, and international exchange, encouraging young talent to enter frontier areas of digital science.

双方围绕数据科学研究、青年学者交流和学术资源共享开展合作，推动协会国际合作网络初步扩展。The cooperation focused on data science research, young scholar exchange, and academic resource sharing, marking an early expansion of the Association's international cooperation network.

委员会汇聚人工智能、数据科学、网络安全、区块链和云计算等方向的资深专家，为协会学术方向和重大评审提供专业建议。The committee brought together senior experts in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, blockchain, and cloud computing to provide professional advice for academic direction and major reviews.

协会支持的研究成果开始进入国际学术发表渠道，提升了课题评审和研究资助工作的外部可见度。Research outcomes supported by the Association began entering international academic publication channels, improving the external visibility of its project review and research funding work.

会员群体进一步国际化，协会在数字科学研究者、工程师和技术管理者之间的连接作用持续增强。The membership base became more international, and the Association's role in connecting digital science researchers, engineers, and technology managers continued to strengthen.

申报数量的增长反映出奖项影响力扩大，也促使评审流程在专家匹配、匿名评分和终审机制上进一步细化。The growth in applications reflected the expanding influence of the awards and led to further refinement of expert matching, anonymous scoring, and final review procedures.

系统支持申报提交、材料管理、专家匹配、匿名评审和结果反馈，推动协会评审工作从邮件流程转向数字化流程。The system supports application submission, material management, expert matching, anonymous review, and result feedback, moving the Association's review work from email-based workflows to digital workflows.

联络处面向粤港澳大湾区开展学术活动组织、会员服务对接和产学研合作促进工作，增强协会区域服务能力。The liaison office serves the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through academic event organization, member service coordination, and industry-university-research cooperation, strengthening regional service capacity.

研究聚焦算法透明度、数据隐私保护和AI决策公平性，回应人工智能快速发展带来的治理与社会责任议题。The research focuses on algorithmic transparency, data privacy protection, and fairness in AI decision-making, responding to governance and social responsibility issues brought by rapid AI development.

双方围绕学术资源共享、联合课题研究、人才交流和联合出版建立合作机制，拓展协会亚欧学术连接。The two parties established cooperation mechanisms for academic resource sharing, joint research projects, talent exchange, and joint publication, expanding the Association's academic links between Asia and Europe.

新增类别回应大语言模型、生成式AI和智能系统可靠性带来的安全挑战，进一步完善奖项对前沿议题的覆盖。The new category responds to safety challenges brought by large language models, generative AI, and intelligent system reliability, further expanding the awards' coverage of frontier topics.

白皮书系统梳理人工智能、数据科学、网络安全、区块链与分布式系统、云计算与边缘计算、数字伦理与治理六大方向，为学术界与产业界提供年度参考。The White Paper systematically reviews six directions: artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, blockchain and distributed systems, cloud computing and edge computing, and digital ethics and governance, providing an annual reference for academia and industry.
