为规范专家资料的公开展示和后续维护，数字科学促进与研究协会现对专家档案页面的展示范围、分类方式和更新机制作如下说明。
专家档案可维护中文姓名、英文姓名、专家类别、专业身份、专业领域、参与方向和简介。前台不展示专家编号、后台ID等管理信息；未提供真实照片时不使用网络图片或替代头像，以免造成身份误认。
专家类别依据现有专家体系设置，用于区分不同的参与角色。访问者可以按类别筛选，并通过分页浏览公开档案。类别标签用于帮助理解专家参与方式，不等同于行政职务、职业资格或外部机构授予的荣誉。
专家简介应围绕专业方向、研究经验和可参与的工作进行克制表达，不使用“国际顶级”“权威泰斗”等无法核验的夸张头衔。英文姓名和英文简介根据中文资料稳妥整理；机构名称存在通用英文名称时优先采用通用名称。
新增或调整资料通过现有CMS专家档案模型完成。只有状态设置为公开的档案才在前台展示；资料发生变化时同步更新中英文字段。访问者可通过专家档案页面查看当前公开内容。
To standardize the public presentation and ongoing maintenance of expert information, the Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research provides the following explanation of profile scope, categories, and updates.
Expert profiles may include a Chinese name, English name, expert category, professional identity, fields, participation areas, and biography. Expert numbers, back-office IDs, and other management information are not displayed. When a genuine photograph has not been provided, no online image or substitute portrait is used, avoiding possible identity confusion.
Expert categories follow the existing expert system and distinguish different participation roles. Visitors can filter by category and browse public profiles through pagination. A category label helps explain how an expert may participate and does not itself represent an administrative position, professional qualification, or honor granted by another organization.
Biographies should describe professional directions, research experience, and relevant participation in restrained language. Unverifiable claims such as world-leading or supreme authority are not used. English names and biographies are prepared carefully from the Chinese information. Where an organization has a commonly used English name, that name takes priority.
New and revised information is maintained through the existing CMS expert profile model. Only profiles marked for public display appear on the website, and Chinese and English fields are updated together. Current public information is available on the Expert Profiles page.
