为便于访问者查询和使用数字科学及相关技术领域的公开标准资料，协会现对标准资料查询、详情查看和PDF下载方式作如下说明。
标准查询和标准下载使用同一套标准资料数据。后台每条标准只维护一次，查询结果、标准详情和下载列表均读取该记录，避免因重复录入产生编号、日期、起草单位或文件版本不一致。
标准查询支持按照标准编号、标准名称、起草单位和发布日期区间筛选。查询结果提供标准编号、名称、起草单位和查看入口；标准详情展示发布日期、实施日期、标准阶段、起草信息、标准范围及正式PDF。前台不提供项目计划号查询，也不展示后台内部编号。
项目征集、标准立项、征求意见和标准发布仍作为普通文章栏目维护。标准详情中的四个阶段节点用于进入已关联文章；尚未选择关联文章时，节点返回相应阶段栏目列表。
网站收录的标准资料以公开正式文件为依据。协会提供资料整理、检索和访问服务，不因收录而成为相关标准的发布方或起草方，也不改变原文件的权利关系。页面内容与PDF存在差异时，以正式PDF文本为准。相关入口见标准制修订栏目。
To help visitors locate and use public standards materials in digital science and related technology fields, the Association provides the following explanation of standards lookup, detail pages, and PDF downloads.
Standards lookup and standards downloads use the same standards dataset. Each standards record is maintained once in the CMS, and lookup results, detail pages, and download lists read from that record. This prevents inconsistencies in codes, dates, drafting organizations, or file versions caused by duplicated entry.
The lookup page supports filters for standards code, standards title, drafting organization, and release date range. Results show the code, title, drafting organization, and a detail link. The detail page presents the release date, implementation date, stage, drafting information, scope, and official PDF. Project plan numbers and internal back-office identifiers are not provided on the public website.
Project collection, standards approval, public comment, and standards release remain ordinary article sections. The four stage nodes on a standards detail page open an associated article when one has been selected. Otherwise, the node returns to the relevant stage list.
Standards materials included on the website are based on public official files. The Association provides organization, lookup, and access services and does not become the issuer or drafter of a standard by including it. The rights relationship of the original document remains unchanged. If page content differs from the PDF, the formal PDF text prevails. Access is available through the Standards Development section.
