明确资料引用和展示边界
对于公开收录的外部标准，编号、名称、发布日期、实施日期、起草信息和适用范围应优先依据正式PDF整理。网站提供的是资料检索、阅读和下载服务，不改变原文件的发布、起草或归属关系；页面信息与正式文件存在差异时，以标准PDF正式文本为准。
形成后续维护要点
本次交流进一步明确了标准资料录入、阶段文章关联、双语字段翻译和PDF文件核验的基本要求。协会将依据这些要求持续整理公开标准资料，并通过标准制修订栏目提供阶段信息、标准查询和文件下载入口。
Organizing Public Information Around Four Stages
On May 15, 2026, the Association for Digital Science Promotion and Research held a working exchange on the public presentation and maintenance of standards-related materials in digital science. The discussion followed four stages: project collection, standards approval, public comment, and standards release. It examined what information should be made public at each stage, how stage articles should connect with standards records, and how page content should remain consistent after an official document is released.
One Data Source with Clear Article Links
The exchange emphasized that standards lookup and download services should use the same standards dataset. This avoids duplicated entry and inconsistencies in codes, dates, or file versions. Stage nodes on a standards detail page link to the corresponding notice or announcement. When no article has been associated, the node returns to the relevant stage section instead of presenting unsupported stage content.
Defining the Boundary of Reference and Display
For externally issued standards included in the public archive, the code, title, release date, implementation date, drafting information, and scope should be taken primarily from the official PDF. The website provides lookup, reading, and download services and does not alter the issuing, drafting, or ownership relationship of the original document. If page information differs from the official file, the formal PDF text prevails.
Maintenance Priorities
The exchange clarified the basic requirements for standards data entry, stage article association, bilingual field translation, and PDF verification. The Association will continue to organize public standards materials under the Standards Development section, which provides access to stage information, standards lookup, and document downloads.
