经理事会审议通过，协会正式推出会员分级认证体系。自即日起，会员分为资深会员、正式会员和预备会员三个级别，实行分级评审和差异化权益制度。
现有会员将根据其学历背景、从业经历和专业成果进行重新评定和分级。评定工作将在2019年10月31日前完成，届时将逐一通知各会员的评定结果和新证书编号。

关于会员分级认证体系实施的通知Notice on the Implementation of the Tiered Membership Certification System
Dear members:
After review and approval by the Council, the Association has formally launched the tiered membership certification system. From today onward, members are divided into three levels: Senior Member, Full Member, and Associate Member. The system implements tiered review and differentiated benefits.
Existing members will be reassessed and classified according to their educational background, professional experience, and professional achievements. The assessment work will be completed by October 31, 2019, and each member will then be notified individually of the assessment result and new certificate number.
