各位会员及青年学者：
为促进数字科学领域青年人才的培育和发展，协会决定启动“青年数字科学家资助计划”。该计划面向35岁以下的数字科学研究者，提供研究经费、导师匹配和国际交流机会。计划在理事会监督下独立运行，由秘书处负责申报受理与资格审查，学术委员会统筹课题学术评价，专家顾问委员会提供导师指导与专业建议。
首年度计划资助10个课题项目，课题方向覆盖AI基础理论、数据治理、网络安全攻防、数字伦理和计算科学前沿。课题周期为12-18个月。
首批课题申报截止日期为2020年9月30日。详细申报要求将另行公布。

Dear members and young scholars:
To promote the cultivation and development of young talent in digital science, the Association has decided to launch the "Youth Digital Scientist Funding Program". The program is open to digital science researchers under the age of 35 and provides research funding, mentor matching, and international exchange opportunities. The program operates independently under Council oversight. The Secretariat handles application acceptance and eligibility review, the Academic Committee coordinates academic evaluation of projects, and the Expert Advisory Committee provides mentor guidance and professional advice.
In its first year, the program plans to fund 10 research projects. Project directions cover AI foundational theory, data governance, cybersecurity attack and defense, digital ethics, and frontiers of computational science. The project cycle is 12 to 18 months.
The application deadline for the first batch of projects is September 30, 2020. Detailed application requirements will be announced separately.
